Diploma in Food Production

The Diploma in Food Production, offered by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), is a one-and-a-half-year program designed to provide in-depth training in the art and science of culinary operations. This diploma equips students with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to build a strong foundation for a career in the hospitality and food production industry..

18month (six semesters) Full-time Regular Programme one year teaching and six month industial exposer.

Eligibility for Admission

To be eligible, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Admission to the Diploma Program is based on performance in the IHM Dehradun Entrance Exam (IHMDET) or merit.
