The Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, offered under the guidance of the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), is a specialized program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to excel in the dynamic hospitality industry. This one-and-a-half-year diploma program focuses on the fundamentals of food and beverage operations, service techniques, and guest interaction, preparing students for a rewarding career in the food and beverage sector.

Eligibility for Admission
To be eligible, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Admission to the Diploma Program is based on performance in the IHM Dehradun Entrance Exam (IHMDET) or merit.
