IHM Dehradun has consecutively recorded its name in Limca Book of Records in the year
2016, 2017 and 2018 by recording Longest Conventional Triangular Sandwich,
Longest Mandua (Ragi) Kathi Roll and Longest Mandua Yule’s Log respectively.
- Manish Semwal, Lecturer now holding the position of Head of Department at IHM Dehradun was awarded Best Teachers Award in the year 2009.
- On the occasion of World Food Day 2024, Ministry of Tourism, Government of Uttarakhand awarded the outstanding appreciation for contribution towards creating innovative products and promoting health, sustainable and nourishing food practices.
- Dr. Shiv Mohan was awarded the Best Principal for the year 2024 during the International Conference STAMP-2024 held in Subharti University.
- Manish Semwal was awarded the Best Head of Department for the year 2024 during the International Conference STAMP-2024 held in Subharti University.
