The Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery, offered under the guidance of the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), is a specialized program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the art and science of baking and confectionery. This one-and-a-half-year diploma focuses on both traditional and modern baking techniques, providing practical knowledge and skills for creating a variety of baked goods and desserts, while emphasizing food safety and creativity in culinary design.

Eligibility for Admission
To be eligible, a candidate must have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Admission to the Diploma Program is based on performance in the IHM Dehradun Entrance Exam (IHMDET) or merit.
